Shipping

Ready to ship items will typically ship within 2 business days. All made to order items specify a turn around time in the item description. 

Before checkout there is the option to add extra shipping insurance. If you do not see it please reach out and we will add it on. 

Any items over $300 we require a signature for delivery unless the customer states otherwise. 

All orders automatically come with $100 in shipping insurance with USPS. 

Leiting Designs is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items through the shipping process. Once it is out of our hands it is out of our control. If a package says it has been delivered and it becomes lost or stolen, Leiting Designs is not responsible and will not issue a refund. 

Returns

We do not accept any returns on jewelry.

In the event of a broken or defective item, we will send a return shipping label at no cost to you and upon arrival we will repair the item and ship it back you. 

We are not responsible for any items that are ordered in the incorrect size but we will do our best to help resolve the issue. 

ABSOLUTELY NO refunds/returns on custom orders. NO EXCEPTIONS 

 

Leiting Designs is not responsible for any wear/tear/damage on/to jewelry. Leiting Designs is not responsible for any lost or stolen jewelry. We  highly recommend taking pieces off when showering/entering any type of water, sleeping, or engaging any type of activity that could damage your pieces.
